John Morris Scientific was founded in April 1956 by John Lion Wyzenbeek and Morris Garlick. This partnership was dissolved in 1959. Since its inception, three generations of the Wyzenbeek family have worked in John Morris Scientific. At present, John Wyzenbeek’s son Norbert Wyzenbeek is Chairman of the Board, and Norbert’s son Andre Wyzenbeek is Director of Marketing.
Today, John Morris Scientific employs over 70 personnel in offices located across Australia and New Zealand. We supply and service the scientific instrument needs of clients located in Australia, New Zealand and the Islands of the South West Pacific.
John Morris Scientific is the largest and only third generation, privately owned scientific instrument supplier in the South West Pacific region. John Morris Scientific prides itself on its family roots. We consider our staff, vendors and customers to be an integral part of the John Morris Scientific family.
John Morris Scientific is a financially sound, progressive, successful company, and to ensure a sound knowledge of the latest technology our staff are factory trained and attend vendors’ facilities yearly.
