 Service Administration - 30 hours per week  Sydney Office

Reporting directly to the Service Business Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and data entry of the service operation.

To be successful you must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to build rapport at all levels. A can do attitude is paramount. You will be customer focused and strive to exceed customer expectations - both internal and external.

The Role includes:

  • Process technician paperwork - service work orders, quotes etc.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices
  • Contract invoicing
  • Maintain spreadsheet reports
  • Liaise with other state branches to fulfill the service administration requirements
  • Other adhoc duties as required to support the Business Manager

A good working knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access) and experience with service department based invoicing and data systems would be a distinct advantage.

This position is a permanent part-time position of 30 hours per week.
