Labec's Vacuum Oven is manufactured in Australia with high quality stainless steel for easy maintenance and excellent durability. Used where the entire heat-treating process is to take place under vacuum or a precisely controlled atmospheres.
An iconel element inside the vacuum chamber either wall or centre mounted with valves for the vacuum, bleed and purge of the oven chamber.
Available in cylindrical or square chamber up to 100 litres capacity and a temperature range of Ambient +5°C up to 150°C, 300°C or 400°C. An analogue gauge up to -100KPA displays chamber pressure and a digital microprocessor based PID temperature controller controls the temperature. When optioned the controller can be connected via RS232/RS458 communication ports which can be connected directly to a data logger or computer to collect this information. Software is available for programming and monitoring.
To suit your functionality the addition of options such as a safety toughened glass viewing window for easy viewing, programmable controllers, timers and vacuum pumps are also available.
